I use a bulk email program that is designed to send email in small groups of 15 - 25 pieces at a time. These "small packages" avoid hitting the internet with a large amount of email all at one time and automatically being classified as spam. Emails are sent with an HTML design using both text and graphics based upon your existing logo, image style and text verbiage. All email includes the legal disclaimer and notification system allowing the receiver to have their email removed automatically if requested. This software also includes the ability of individuals to request inclusion to the system and a confirmation email is sent which they must answer to thereby prove their identity as user of that email address. This is all performed automatically via software.
An email campaign can be coordinated with a web-site, and with other direct mail pieces for a customized marketing effort.
